Stop in at the tavern to check in on the way down to this \'real experience\' awarding winning reserve camping spot. The track beside the pub will take you down to the open area beside the river. A large flat area on the right, where the combined toilet and shower cubicles are placed, no trouble here for large vehicles. To the left you will find more camp spots beside the river with picnic tables, a shelter and shady trees. If you want power, there are two powered sites down by the river, and another two up by the tavern. Check out the swimming hole, do some fishing or rafting, or soak up the friendly atmosphere up at the tavern with your friendly hosts John and Kim Siu. Tent sites $10 per person, campervans with no power are $20 for two. Powered sites are $25 for two. Children under 12 are $5.
