A well stocked general store is open all day during the holiday season and at weekends but just odd hours in the off season. Eftpos service and a coffee machine are available. The kitchen is roomy with plenty of refrigerator space. There are hot plates and microwaves for cooking while outside is a covered dining area with a BBQ. Here you can sit and watch your children on the play equipment. You’ll find a comfortable carpeted TV lounge where videos are freely available. The ablutions have ample toilets and metered, curtained showers, with liquid soap at the basins. The laundry has automatic washers and dryers. Boats up to 22ft can be launched from here. A boat wash and fish cleaning facilities are available too. Kayaks, snorkelling and fishing gear can be hired. Although summer holidays are busy, this is off-the-beaten-track camping. Powered sites are from $20 per person and tent sites are from $18. Seasonal rates apply.
