DESCRIPTION:
Enjoy stunning views as you take the half hour drive on the Mt. Cook road alongside Lake Pukaki. At the entrance is a newly refurbished booking office, with a cafe and merino retail and souvenir shop. Spacious camping sites in a beautiful high country setting. A large dining/TV/recreation room with a woodburner, opens to a boulder patio that has million dollar views. The kitchen is large and well stocked with appliances. A new BBQ pavillion is greatly enjoyed. The ablutions are clean and in good order and the laundry has auto equipment. This park is a base for tourist attractions including scenic flights, 4WD Argo trips, stargazing, glacier boat trips or heli hiking. Your hosts are Helen and Ross. Tent sites are $22ppn and powered sites $25ppn. We also have a range of cabins available, self-contained units or standard cabins.
At our reception and activity center we can organise a variety of local operated tours for you. Scenic flights, heli hiking, sea kayaking, Glacier Explorers, argo tours, stargazing are amazing tours to explore this beautiful part of New Zealand.

03 4351855Glentanner Park Centre is located amongst the beautiful High Country alongside Lake Pukaki, just 18km away from Aoraki/Mt.Cook National Park. We offer spacious camp sites, powered and non-powered, with stunning views on to Aoraki/Mt.Cook. From our camp site it is just a short walk to Lake Pukaki. Our facilities include a large kitchen and dining area with a wood burner, free showers, coin operated laundry, Wi-Fi and a big BBQ Pavilion.
