DESCRIPTION:
Manicured lawns and tidy hedges, landscaped gardens and organic veges, caf_ dining and home-made baking. All this and more at this lovely motel and camping ground complex. Clean and tidy kitchen/dining with all amenities, including full stoves with pots and pans, the TV lounge is adjacent. Ablutions are clean and tidy and there are three laundries. At the entrance to the camp is a popular restaurant for delicious meals, excellent coffee, and a large deck with BBQ area where you can book in for the camp. Inside, the new relaxation area with pool table, flat screen TV, computer stations, juke box, and pull down movie screen has lots of comfy couches scattered around. From this base you can hike the Hump Ridge Track, or check your emails on the free wifi. Ten power points and nine unpowered sites are in a flat area close to native trees, there is also a dump station. Your hosts are Craig Rutland and Violaine Duma. Powered sites are $16 for adults and $14 for non-powered sites. Children under 13 years are half price, toddlers under two years are free.
