Rainforest Holiday Park
What a jewel of a place this is! From the secluded bays nestled in amongst the rain forest, to the large dining tables made out of recycled wood from the forest around. Each site is on gravel stands, with its own picnic table, no tenting here unfortunately. The kitchens are all new, the interiors have been designed by an expert and include all amenities. In the living/lounge area, you can watch Sky or just hang out on the comfy couches, while just outside is a covered area that includes BBQs and outside seating so you can watch the children in the play area. The bathrooms/showers/toilets are unisex and wheelchair friendly, and a disability suite is available. There is a dump station on site and the laundries have good washing machines and dryers, and of course all the facilities are immaculate. After you have a soak in the huge hot tub available for guests, head on over to the bar that opens at 4.30. Pamper yourself by having a spa and sauna, or have a meal at the caf_ that turns into a restaurant at night. Clear your email, buy a snack, or book a scenic flight, all available in the reception area. Oscar is your very friendly host. All sites are powered and are $44 for two , children aged four to 16 years are $13.50, and under three are free.
