Awatere Motor Camp

Just off State Highway One in Seddon, 25km south of Blenheim, is a camp run by the Awatere Community Trust. Hedges along three sides provide shelter for the flat open camping area. The facilities are clean and tidy and the kitchen has a fridge, two full stoves and microwave. Showers and toilets and a disability suite are provided and your pets are welcome. The camp is adjacent to a children's playground and a huge swimming pool. This stopover is a 5 minute drive to local shopping and 10 minutes to a vineyard and golf course. There are 14 power sites and several tent sites and a dump point available. All sites are $12 per person for non-powered site and $15 per person for powered site.
