This camp is on the shores of the Manuherikia River and landscaped into attractive areas over 37 acres. Trees and flower beds flourish, with willow trees dominant, and a camp store operates in the summer holidays. There is a card phone available and holiday programmes run over the Christmas period. Facilities range from clean, tidy ablution blocks, with a disability bathroom, to a very well equipped laundry. Three kitchens have a full range of appliances and one has _eat-in_ facilities. A camp coolroom is available during summer, with fridges and freezers available at all times. The TV and dining area has an internet kiosk and central heating for the winter.
