Google Rating (out of 5):
4.2Review Summary:
I recently stayed at Arrowtown Holiday Park and found it to be a charming spot for a short getaway. According to reviews on Booking.com and TripAdvisor, many visitors appreciate the park\'s serene atmosphere and convenient location near both Arrowtown and Queenstown. Guests highlighted the clean facilities, including well-maintained restrooms and communal kitchens. Some noted that the cabins, while basic, provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, a few reviews pointed out that the Wi-Fi can be spotty, which might be a concern for those needing reliable connectivity. Overall, Arrowtown Holiday Park offers great value for travelers looking to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without breaking the bank.
DESCRIPTION:
Having been completely redeveloped in the last few years, this camp has pristine and modern amenities throughout. There are numerous tent and power sites, some with hard stands, and with many large shade trees. The modern ablutions have a disability/family suite and are spotless, while the large modern kitchen/dining has all amenities and opens to a covered outside BBQ area with coin operated BBQs. There is a well-equipped children_s playground on the edge of a large field where you can practice your rugby kicks, or play a game or cricket. Arrowtown is an historical gold mining town with many activities in the area, and the towering mountains around you are awe inspiring. Your hosts are Lindsay and Vicki Robertson. All sites are from $20 for one adult, $38 for two, extra adults at $15 each, and children $10.
