What a joy it is to see a new camp ground being developed, and in such a beautiful spot too! Right smack on the beach, just out of the historic mining town of Ross, you will find what is in the process of becoming a great place to park your campervan or caravan, no tents sorry. Each hard gravelled site has been separated with landscaped mounds of flax bushes, and includes power and pure filtered water piped to each. The grounds have been immaculately landscaped, now it just needs to grow. While you are waiting, you can relax to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach, and stare out to sea with nothing in your way. Until April 2016 the camp is open for self-contained vehicles only, as the facilities have not yet been built. Hoping to have everything up and running by the end of the year, if you are unsure please ring the friendly manager Matt Dove. Until April a site will cost only $10 per person, and children $5. Once facilities are all available, the price will be $20 per person with children $10 each.
