The Ahaura Domain Campground is a voluntary run campground by locals from Ahaura, our campground runs on a first in, first served basis.

Has fully equipped kitchen (small but has everything you need plus some), free washer and laundry detergent, clothes line for drying. GREAT pub with good prices across the street. Friendly local people.

Between Reefton and Greymouth, this camp occupies a handy area with plenty of tent sites available. The grounds have lovely established trees with a tidy lawn for the tents, and four power sites on gravel. The small kitchen
has an electric rangette, a microwave oven and a fridge. There is only one of each (shower, toilet and basin), basic but clean and nicely painted, although the ladies shower is due a makeover. Dogs are at the caretaker’s discretion, and the washing machine is free.
