At the end of the road, 2km from Hanmer Village, is this extensive park with spacious sites and lovely mountain views. Well-serviced with sealed roads and over 60 campsites, there are also large trees for shade. The clean kitchen has all appliances with a dining area next door, as well as BBQ tables outside under shade sails. The ablutions are excellent and have a disability unit, there is also a drying room opening off the laundry. The separate games room has
table tennis, pool and air hockey as well as arcade games, and you won’t find a better children’s playground – it comes complete with an initiative course! For those who want to relax, there is a comfy TV lounge with an internet station,
a petanque pit, or cool off in the swimming pool. There are bikes available for hire, both children and adult sizes available. Wireless internet and a dump station are here for campers.
