Situated just west of the junction of the Sanson/Wellington/Palmerston North highways, this camp can be accessed either by turning off SHwy 1 into Philps Street or by looking for the Motel entrance round the corner on SHwy 3. A convenient stopover spot, the small, simple camping area at the back of the motel complex is set amongst shady willows. Basic facilities include picnic tables, toilets, showers $3 and a small kitchen with some utensils and cookware provided. Your hosts are Peter and Elaine.
