An enjoyable suburban motor camp, thoughtfully laid-out in a u-shape, but without the glitz of some of the bigger urban camps. You can relax under avenues of shady trees, on box-hedged, sheltered sites that lie well to the sun. 38 sites have power, most have taps and there is plenty of room for tents. An awesome double-storey playhouse and slide will be a hit with the kids. There is a compact kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stoves and hobs and a selection of small appliances. The modern ablutions have roomy, free showers and two separate disabled access/family bathroom suites. Extras include a drinks vending machine and TV lounge, along with an internet kiosk. An automatic laundry (with soap vending machine) and a dump station is provided. As this is a busy urban camp, it is wise to pre-book all year round.
