DESCRIPTION:

The campground is located in a bush area east of the peak, on the track.

This is a remote campground with no water supply or toilets. We recommend going to Thousand Acres Campground which has a toilet, shelter and water supply, if you are not familiar with this site.

Access is on foot only from the Waharau Ridge Loop Track take the Kohukohunui Track. This is a steep track, recommended for experienced trampers only.
