There are narrow winding streets, individually named, and clusters of own-your-own cottages with permanently leased sites. Mature trees shelter the attractive communal grassed area near the park entrance which has an excellent children's playground and a small stage where live bands play and budding stars can practice. Alongside is a recreation hall with extra facilities. There are six small amenities blocks with brand new dining facilities next to a kitchen. A good tenting area with a BBQ available. There is internet access and you can master the game of table tennis. Xmas and New Year entertainment is a feature. A 'Jacob's Ladder' gives direct access to the beach at the north end of the park and a footbridge provides access to Red Beach, a Life guard serviced beach at the southern end.
